Wicked?

I've been following Sketch Dailies for a while now. Every day they have a different topic and artists all around the world can post their artwork. It's really inspiring and motivating seeing some of the work on there. I figured I stop watching from the sidelines and give one a try. The topic was wicked witch

I wanted to play with this style along with that chalk look. I wasn't really going for likeness on this but if you can figure her out, Kudos to you! There are some "elements" *hint hint* of her previous signature look in there. If you follow youtube musicians, this should be an easy one for you.
